Signs of teething stages
Stages of tooth emergence, at 0 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years and 5 years. Signs of teething may cause the following: Increased drooling, Restless or decreased sleeping due to gum discomfort, Refusal of food due to soreness of the gum region, Fussiness that comes and goes, Bringing hands to the mouth, Mild rash around the mouth due to skin irritation secondary to excessive drooling.
Sometimes, as a tooth is breaking through the gums, small cysts can form which, when the pressure increases, break open. Normally, once the first blood is let, the bleeding stops and soon you see a little white tooth where the cyst once was.
These teeth usually last until about the age of six, when the teeth that were first to appear become loose and fall out as the second teeth begin to push through the gums.
